Learning and training

We design the new graduates oriented special training and integration programs for different groups. We also formulate company policies and procedures for the Program of Graduates Mentoring and Management. Each new graduate is assigned with a mentor who provides 1-on-1 assist in different aspects of work and life on an individualized basis, to help the newcomer to rapidly integrate into the Company and the team, find his or her niche in work, master general industry trends of the Company’s business and knowledge of manufacturing process, and exert professional expertise with short period of time, and finally realize the transformation from graduate students to new comers.
